A Year-End Note from Our Co-Founder and President
Hi there,
If you’re anything like me, you’re eagerly looking forward to a well-deserved break during the holiday season and New Year celebrations as we approach 2025.
After an intense and exciting year of leading our business and traveling around the world— from Spain to London, France, New Orleans, NYC, Florida, Michigan, and South Carolina—I’m ready to spend a couple of weeks nesting at home. My plans include house projects, home organization, reading, quality time with family, and setting intentions for the year ahead. I couldn’t be more excited.
I know, I know—those activities might not sound relaxing to everyone. But as a true Enneagram Type 3, staying productive while re-aligning, decluttering, and entering 2025 feeling refreshed and unburdened brings me genuine joy. Know thyself, right?
To those of you whom we’ve had the privilege of partnering with this year, I am deeply grateful for your collaboration. We value—and take seriously—the trust you place in us to teach, train, and coach your most talented leaders. We look forward to another impactful year of partnership and results in 2025.
Until then, stay well, stay grateful, and keep investing in yourself. You can never go wrong by prioritizing these three things.
Warmly, Stefanie & The Violet Group Team
TVG Team Happenings
Our holiday party was full of laughter, annual traditions, and of course, some competition!
We kicked things off with an escape room (teamwork in action!), swapped white elephant gifts, and wrapped up the night with dinner and a trivia showdown.
A perfect way to celebrate the year and our incredible team.

1. Cast a clear, compelling vision for the future & build a strategic plan to support it.
2. Engage your team to weigh in, brainstorm, & align on how to achieve key objectives.
3. Help each team member set individual goals that connect to the broader strategy, fostering focus and accountability.
In 2025, we’ll stay on track by regularly monitoring progress & adapting as needed.

What We're Listening To 🎙️
This time of year often amplifies anxiety for many—both personally and professionally.
Why do we feel anxious, even when the threats we perceive aren't always rooted in reality?
On this episode of The Anxious Achiever Podcast, Dr. Christine Runyan, professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and co-founder of Tend Health, delves into the roots of anxiety and its impact on performance.
She shares practical, science-backed self-care techniques to help you manage stress and maintain resilience, especially during high-pressure times like the holidays and year-end.
She has spent over a decade presenting research, sharing insights, and contributing to the I-O field. With a passion for “deeply understanding and helping people," Stefanie found a perfect career match in the I-O psychology and Executive Coaching world.
From co-chairing the SIOP Ambassador Program to co-founding a Leadership Consulting firm, Stefanie’s influence continues to inspire.
